INVESTMENT & PROGRAMME INFORMATION

Investment & Programme Disclaimer

Important qualifications for WRC’s development concepts, financial assumptions, institutional cooperation and investor communications.

Last updated: 3 November 2026.

1. No investment offer or financial advice

Material on this website is for general information and preliminary discussion. It is not a prospectus, securities offering, regulated financial advice, solicitation, recommendation, financing guarantee or invitation to transfer money. Any investment must be independently assessed and documented through appropriate legally approved arrangements.

2. Development stages and forward-looking information

WRC originates and structures investment and programme-development opportunities. References to proposed projects, milestones, expected scale, future facilities, markets, household outcomes, commercial returns, deployment dates or national impacts describe plans, models or objectives unless explicitly supported by verified completed activities. Technical feasibility, budgets, procurement, counterparties, legal approvals and funding may change or remain unconfirmed.

3. Whole-programme strategy and initial modules

The proposed Uganda Global Trade, Tourism & Development Partnership Initiative for 2027–2028 is a strategic framework for consideration, not an adopted national government programme or mandate. Its initial proposed delivery module links PTPT, women’s productive equipment and agricultural traceability, with distinct budgets and responsibilities. Tourism, One Health, energy, industrial, aviation and infrastructure proposals have separate readiness and investment pathways.

4. MoUs and institutional references

References to the Private Sector Foundation Uganda (PSFU), WENDA, districts, municipal authorities, research agencies and other public or private institutions must be understood within the scope and status of each specific instrument. Drafts, framework MoUs, letters, technical discussions and institutional introductions do not themselves create a binding concession, government endorsement, licence, PPP approval, land right, grant award, committed funding, agency authority or legally enforceable offtake. Executed agreements and project approvals should be verified before any such claim is relied upon.

5. Financial and household forecasts

Any projected yield, household income, production volume, return, IRR, payback period or economic multiplier is an assumption or target unless expressly stated and evidenced as an achieved result. For example, the PTPT indicative UGX 4–5 million annual net household income at maturity is a modelling objective subject to location, yields, prices, operating costs, field validation, market demand and finance. It is not an income guarantee or achieved project result.

6. Illustrative images and product concepts

Some website images are generated or composite illustrations. Depicted farms, trucks, aircraft, laboratories, industrial facilities, government logos, products or routes may not exist as operating WRC assets. Packaging and product specifications may be illustrative or subject to approval. The 83.25 cupping score for a West Nile Nyasaland Arabica sample applies only to the specific tested sample and is not a guarantee for other lots.

7. Land, regulatory and environmental requirements

WRC’s proposed programme policy retains underlying land ownership with existing Ugandan and community owners. Where needed, access should be through voluntary, fair, time-bound leases or appropriate use agreements without displacement. Project development remains subject to valid rights, independent checks, environmental and social requirements, applicable licences, statutory approvals and relevant procurement or PPP procedures.

8. Independent diligence and information access

Prospective investors, lenders, buyers and other counterparties should undertake their own technical, commercial, financial, legal, tax, ESG and regulatory due diligence. WRC may provide project-specific materials after agreeing suitability, authority, purpose, confidentiality and appropriate access controls. Public website summaries are not substitutes for signed contracts, original records or a validated financial model.

9. No payment or guaranteed allocation through this website

This corporate website does not accept investment deposits or promise access to securities, grants, quotas or project allocations. Do not transfer funds or disclose banking credentials in response to unsolicited communications purporting to represent WRC. Independently verify instructions through established WRC contact channels.
