Investor Registration & Non-Disclosure Agreement
White Rhino Concepts Limited invites qualified strategic investors, institutional financiers, development finance institutions, fund managers and potential operating partners to register their interest in project opportunities across Uganda. Access to detailed project documentation is considered individually and follows a signed confidentiality agreement.

Our four-page unsigned, fillable PDF allows a prospective investor to provide its legal identity, company registration or individual reference, authorised contact, sectors of interest and requested project information. The NDA identifies WRC using its verified Ugandan company particulars. Both investor and WRC signature/date sections are deliberately blank in the issue copy.

Already approved by WRC?
If WRC has completed your NDA review, countersigned the agreement and confirmed your account activation, use the investor login below. Registering an interest or submitting an NDA does not activate an account automatically. Access to detailed investment materials remains subject to separate, documented WRC approval.
The controlled investor document library is being configured; access to the 36 investment snapshots and financial-review workbooks is not currently available to external investor accounts. For account enquiries, email info@wrc.ug.
How to request access
- Download and complete. Fill in the investor registration fields and list the project sectors or specific opportunities you want to assess.
- Sign and return. An authorised representative signs the agreement. Email the completed signed PDF to info@wrc.ug with the subject “Completed WRC Investor NDA”.
- WRC verification. WRC checks the applicant’s identity and signing authority, assesses investor suitability, and countersigns the agreement where accepted.
- Scope of disclosure. WRC separately approves which project snapshots, Class 4/5 materials, financial models or data-room files may be released, to which named representatives and for what period.
- Investor login. Once the restricted portal is configured and the relevant approval is recorded, WRC may issue individually controlled login credentials or another secure access method. No self-registration access is currently active.
Completing or signing the NDA does not constitute an offer of securities, a financing commitment, an approved investor account or an automatic right to any restricted material.
Information included in the registration
- Legal investor or entity name, jurisdiction, registration number and business address
- Authorised signatory, role, email, telephone and formal notices address
- Sector interests and specific projects requested for initial review
- Optional indicative investment mandate or ticket range
- Investor and WRC signatures, each applied after the appropriate checks
Do not include passports, bank account details, confidential portfolio holdings, passwords or other unnecessary personal documents in your initial submission. Any additional due-diligence materials will be requested through an appropriate secure channel.
Confidentiality and controlled release
WRC’s mutual NDA provides for confidentiality and restricted use, permitted professional representatives, ownership of information, appropriate data handling and Ugandan governing law. The existence of a signed NDA does not release any individual document. WRC authorisation and access logging are required for each restricted collection.
Prospective investors should independently verify project assumptions, valuations, technical studies, regulatory approvals and any proposed returns. Most opportunities remain at concept or pre-feasibility stage and are not financial offers.
